Wale Esq out of Court under Bargain & Sale from the Trustee under the Will of Ann Northfield deceased'..'The promises confirmed in this Admission have been Enfranchised by Deed dated 13th
April 1861'. This court dealt with the sale of the estate of Ann
Northfield by her executor ' her son in law William Gall of Little Shelford in
the County of Cambridge Ropemaker' to C. B Wale for the sum of £140. This

will for Ann can be found in the Consistory Court of Ely probate records. VC57:
